Reordering interface

The reordering interface is used to improve hit quality in searches and knowledge base question answering. It recalculates the relevance score based on the query and candidate documents.

Applicable scenarios​

  • Rearrange Top K after retrieving the knowledge base.
  • Search results relevancy optimization.
  • Unified sorting of documents from multiple sources.

Usage suggestions​

Recall candidates are first retrieved using vectors or keywords, and then a smaller number of candidates are handed over to the reordering interface. Do not send the entire document to reflow at once.
